Most of us today lead busy, stressful lifestyles leaving us little time to make healthy food and drink choices. With fast food and convenient snacks readily available, your body often misses out on necessary vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein.
The simple truth is that a surprising number of people are not getting the balanced nutrition that their body needs. You can do this by joining ARRIBA WELLNESS CLUB run by Helen Smith who has vast personal experience of Weight Management Coaching. The course runs for 12 weeks offering weight loss coaching, nutritional education, tips, advice and lots of help and support both in the club and outside. The members carry out a weekly weigh-in and body composition analysis to help ensure they are on track, getting the right balance of muscle to help them burn excess body-fat, achieving a healthy, sustainable weight loss.
Cash prizes are awarded to the biggest loser with further cash prizes for second and third places, there are also prizes and recognition throughout the course.
